Return Policy

We at the Right Choice stands behind every product we sell in terms of quality and fit. 

We allow returns for a full refund within 5 days of purchase.  After that up to 14 days a credit will be issued.

Returns can be made in store only once the return is authorized . 

Customer is responsible for the shipping cost to return the item back to us

when returning an item , the shipping cost will not be refunded 

The following items are NOT eligible for return:

• Sale items
• Designer Items
• Any item that has been worn, washed, or tags removed

Items that are returned must be in brand new condition with tags attached.

Any footwear purchased should be tried on a clean carpet , if there is any sign of wear the item will not be eligible for return
